1. Legal Basis

A. Article 31, Licensed Real Estate Agent Act, and Article 20, Enforcement Regulations of the same

B. Jeju Ordinance on House Brokerage Commission

2. Brokerage Commission Rate and Limit

ㆍThe real estate brokerage commission will be paid by a brokerage client and agreed upon between the client and broker within the brokerage commission rate and limit.

A. House (including attached land) brokerage commission (Article 2 of the provincial ordinance)

(Effective from June 3, 2015)

2. 仲介報酬料率及び限度

ㆍ不動産仲介報酬については仲介依頼人から引き受けるが、仲介報酬料率及び限度内で仲介依頼人と仲介業者がお互い相談し決定

ア. 住宅(付属土地を含む)の仲介報酬(道条例第2条)
